My son loves choo-choo train. The recipe for "Birthday Train Cake" is from Kraft foods which is my favourite brand. They have great family products.

``4 pkg. (10.75 oz. each) frozen pound cake, thawed, 4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided, assorted colors of food coloring, 16 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, 3 rolls LIFE SAVERS Five Flavor Roll Candy, 1 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallow, 6 BARNUM'S ANIMALS Crackers, 1 COMET Cup, 1 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow, 1 cup POST Fruity PEBBLES Cereal, 24 pieces black licorice (for train track)``

Method:

``LINE up cakes on large serving platter for train cars. CUT a 2-in. crosswise slice off front cake; place at back end of the first cake to resemble train engine. Repeat with last cake, placing the removed cake slice on the middle of the cake to resemble caboose. DIVIDE whipped topping among 4 small bowls; tint with food coloring as desired. Frost cakes and decorate as desired. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
