Place notes inside un-inflated balloons. One or two or the notes should have the word "prize" written on it to specify that this balloon is a winner. The rest should have the words "lump of coal" to indicate that they are not winners. Inflate the balloons and hang them around the party area. Let each child pick a balloon then pop it to see if it's a winner.
