Track Order: If you gave us a correct E-mail address, you will have received two automated e-mails confirming your order and your shipping which includes your tracking number alongwith shipping carrier name. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. The original shipping charges associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In the event if your order qualified for free shipping and return merchandise brings the sub-total below the free shipping eligibility then the appropriate shipping will be deducted from the total of your refund.
Also note that TrainParty charges 15% Restocking Fee on all (except for the damaged goods received or late delivery) returns.
